The “What” and The “Why” of Working Out
Great work out plans will teach you the why as well as the what if that makes any sense. What I mean by that is a workout program should not just tell you what you should do to get into shape, but should also explain to you why you need to do it. Once you are armed with that information it becomes possible to begin adapting the program in such a way as to make it really perfect for you. Take for example protein consumption. It is one thing for a plan to tell you to eat more protein, but when you understand that protein is what muscles are made out of then it really opens your eyes to why you need to eat more of it.
