The symptoms of a panic attack can include the following:
difficulty breathing
racing or pounding;

fear of dying;

chest pains;

terror or sense of powerlessness to prevent something from happening

stomach upset;
dizziness, lightheadedness, nausea;
a need to escape;

tingling or numbness in the hands;

hot flashes or chills;

trembling and shaking;

dreamlike sensations or perceptual distortions;

nervousness.

Having some of these symptoms doesnt mean that you are suffering from a panic attack but its doesnt mean that you arent suffering from panic attacks either. Phobias can set in as a result of this disorder. Perhaps you went to the grocery store and while there you had a panic attack.
