Wine Making Equipment
The first step to making wine is always the same. Make sure your equipment is clean! This is something I cannot emphasize enough. If you do not take this lesson to heart I can guarantee that you are going to make some wine you will hate at some point in time. Why? Because anything that is inside the tank with your fermenting wine will flavor it and I do mean anything. Soap scum, mildew, mold, dirt, insects, you name it. If it is in there that is the flavor of wine you will be making. Aside from that the next thing you need to do is make sure you have everything that your Wine Making Recipes call for ready to go.
