Great Wine Accidents
Sometimes my wine making recipes do not turn out the way I was hoping. Sometimes they turn out to be complete messes and I can do nothing else besides pouring them down the drain. I always feel a little bit bad when I do this because making wine is not only a labor of love. It is something that takes a lot of time. However I have also experience the opposite where a wine I was making did not turn out the way I expected and instead was even better. This happens when some ingredients I use interact in a way I was not expecting and the resulting flavor is sublime.
