I go to Harry S Truman in the Bronx and I’m in the top 5% of my class.
I have an overall 3.5 GPA, got a 97 average in AP US, but I would like to know does this stuff really matter being that I go to an inner city school? I’d like to go to Georgetown and major in poli sci.
Your GPA, and how many honors and AP classes you have taken do matter to colleges, regardless of where your high school is located.
